HTML websites is ideal for creating static websites where text and images are placed at fixed positions. But it doesn't really support dynamic sites, where text, images, and animations are moving around on the screen.

Traditionally, these effects were achieved with animated GIF images or java applets. With flash animation, you can achieve the delivery of highly interactive animations and audio.
 

Flash can be used to build full animated websites, embed animations within a standard website, create intros for a website, use Flash for online and offline presentations and much more! The only limits you really have with Flash is that of your imagination.
